Chase Magnuson Chase is the Director for Planned Giving, Real Estate, at the George Washington University’s Division of Development, and President / CEO of Real Estate for Charities, an organization he founded in 2000 to facilitate donations of real estate to charities. Chase earned a B.S. from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He holds the elite designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and he is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Corporate Real Estate Network.©2009-2023 The S.E.C.
