The firm is exclusively engaged in all facets of commercial/investment real estate including: sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, multi-family; development; sales of income producing property; management; exchanges and consulting. Steve holds the CCIM designation and is a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and the Austin and San Antonio CCIM chapters. Mr. Eustis is a past President of the Society and he serves on the board of the S.E.C. Education Foundation.
