The S.E.C. Education Foundation and the Society of Exchange Counselors are pleased to announce that Timothy R. Conley, CCIM, SIOR, will present “Comprehensive Due Diligence is Key in Real Estate” from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 18 in Burlington, Vermont.

  • Financial Analysis Necessary for Completion of a Successful Transaction

The course is pending for six hours of continuing education credit in Vermont. Attendees do not have to be licensed or invited to attend; it is open to everyone.
