Bob Steele, S.E.C. (Carmel, California) is a life member of the Society of Exchange Counselors and an accomplished author, educator, exhangor and investor. One of the founders of the Society, his formulas for the acquisition of real property and the solutions to the challenges of real estate ownership are the hallmark of today's Creative Real Estate business. Based in Carmel, California, Bob is one of the founders of the original S.E.C. Real Estate Observer and was the 1969 SEC Counselor of the Year.

Good article. The older I get, the more that I know I don’t know everything. For years I thought it went the other way but then I realized just how much I can learn from others. There is a reason we have two ears and only one mouth. Brain storming situations will often create ideas I never thought of. Some of us are pretty good at it; you are one of the best!
