Owner and operator of general Real Estate Business and Business Opportunity Business, with main office at 6316 El Cajon Boulevard, San Diego, California, 92115; with branch offices San Diego, Anza-Borrego Desert and El Cajon, California.

Came to San Diego in July of 1933, and have lived continuously in Southern California since that time. Real Estate Broker’s License since 1939. Business Opportunity Broker’s License since 1946.

After College, and prior to entering the Real Estate business, was Territorial Manager for General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and Assistant Credit Manager of Richfield Oil Corporation.

Attended Grammar and High School in Des Moines, Iowa.

Attended Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania.

Received B.A. Degree from University of Iowa.

Now, and for many years, owner of offices, income producing and ranch or farm lands in El Cajon Valley, City of San Diego, and other locations in California.

An Officer and Director in private Corporations that own and operate residential, income, resort, and ranch properties in various locations in California and other States.

Upon demand, conducts private courses in “Modern Real Estate Exchanging and Counseling” throughout the United States.

Has been instructor for the University of California in course entitled “Real Estate Exchanges and Taxation”.

Married and has three daughters.

Member of Beta Theta Pi National Fraternity.

Author of many articles on the subject of Real Estate Exchanging, published in various pamphlets and magazines.
