The S.E.C. Education Foundation is pleased to announce that William Exeter will present “Advanced 1031 Issues – Proactive Problem Solving” on Sunday, September 13, 2009, in Albany, New York.
Bill is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC and their affiliate companies. Mr. Exeter is based in the company’s national corporate headquarters office located in San Diego, California.
Mr. Exeter has been in the financial services industry since 1980. He began specializing in real estate tax strategies in 1986 with a specialty emphasis in 1031 and 1033 exchanges. He has since added a specialization in Deferred Sales Trusts™. His area of expertise also includes specialized trust services for the real estate industry, including the Title Holding Trust or Land Trust. He has written and lectured extensively on 1031 and 1033 exchange transactions pursuant to Sections 1031 and 1033 of the Internal Revenue Code, on Tenant-In-Common (TIC) Properties as like-kind replacement property solutions for 1031 and 1033 exchange transactions pursuant to IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22 and on Title Holding Trust or Land Trusts.
