Chet Allen is a builder, developer, contractor, the President of Greyhawk, Inc., and a past president of the Society of Exchange Counselors. He holds an economics degree from Stanford University, is the author of “The Guide to Becoming Real Estate Rich,” and has brokered in excess of $80 million in properties. Chet won the CCIM’s Campbell Award for the Best Commercial Transaction in the USA, and the CCIM’s Snyder award for the Best Exchange in the USA. Chet has designed, entitled, developed, and built housing subdivisions, apartment complexes, condominiums, offices, and industrial buildings.
