Robert R. Giniecki, S.E.C., CCIM has served at various posts for the New York State Association of Realtors, including Director and Education Committee Chairman. Bob also served in several positions for the New York State Association of Realtors Commercial-Investment Division, including a term as President in 1979-1980.
In addition, Bob was elected President of the New York State CCIM Chapter in 1983-1985. In 1984-1985, Bob served as President of the Commercial-Industrial Real Estate Brokers group of the Greater Albany Capital District Region.
As a real estate educator, Bob has been teaching the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) course for New York State, and various commercial-investment courses for continuing education for New York, New England, and Mid-Atlantic States. He has been honored with the “Distinguished Instructor” Award by the New York State Association of Realtors. Bob has also taught the three-day and four-day exchange courses for the National Council of Exchangors which are that organization’s qualifying courses for membership. Bob was recently honored by the Society of Exchange Counselors when he was named Counselor of the Year for 2006.
