Inside this Issue – Autumn 2005

Welcome to the autumn edition of the S.E.C. Observer. We are glad to have you along for the ride. This edition represents a transition from the old to the new. We have an article from Roy Moore who has been in the real estate business for 40 plus years and he gives us an insight into the real estate profession. Bill Stonaker continues with his 4th article in a series on land development.

Other contributions include the review of a new tax law, understanding your investments, creativity (can it be taught?), due diligence on affordable housing, and an article on how marketing sessions provide unique benefits to participants.

The Observer continues to have links to the upcoming education being taught across the United States, information on the next S.E.C. meeting, and strategies from our 2005 S.E.C. national sponsors, First American Title Company & First American Exchange Corporation.

Any comments, suggestions, or contributions should be emailed to sec@secounselors.com, or mailed to Society of Exchange Counselors, 5580 La Jolla Boulevard, #110, La Jolla, CA 92038.
