Jim Brondino
Jim Brondino, S.E.C., CCIM is president of Brondino & Associates based in Ontario, California. He is a nationally known real estate educator whose class “Counseling for Action” is recognized as the premier education program for real estate counselors and brokers.

His firm specializes in asset management, consulting and exchanging. Jim is a Vice President of the Society of Exchange Counselors and serves as a director of the S.E.C. Education Foundation. He was the 1996 S.E.C. Counselor of the Year.

Counseling for Action -Course Description:

Identify how a client understands their ownership situation, the role of the counselor, objectives of counseling, why counsel, how counseling increases income, the effective use of time, defines benefits, defines the importance of listening, emphasizes the significance of vocabulary and word selection.

Methods of Moderating and Effective Marketing – Course Description:

The key to successful marketing meetings is quality Moderators. This course covers: Definition of marketplace, preparation for a marketing session, responsibilities of the presentor and Moderator, the proper use of the transaction proposal or mini form, gaining respect in the marketplace, proven presentation process and format, marketing session strategies, and establishing control and cooperation with the audience.

Moderating Seminar – Course Description:

This intensive seminar is directed specifically at those who wish to become effective Moderators, or those who want to refine their moderating skills. The seminar employs videotaping as an integral part of the instruction process. The seminar focuses on the questioning process, audience participation and control, the format for moderating a presentation and techniques to orchestrate a successful presentation.
