Inside this Issue – Autumn 2003

Welcome to the Autumn 2003 issue of the S.E.C. Real Estate Observer.
Autumn is a time of transition…where summer gives way to fall in preparation for winter. It’s the natural cycle of life and reflects the ever-changing reality of the world we live in.
The Observer also transitions this year. Virgil Opfer, the 2003 editor of the Observer, has done a splendid job in reaching out to the real estate community that surrounds the Society and has helped spread the good word. Thanks, Virgil!
Marilee Anderson will take the challenge as Observer Editor in 2004 and will bring with her an energy and commitment to creative real estate that will be communicated through the articles of the Observer.
This 2003 autumn issue contains words of wisdom, time tested ideas and formulas, and timely information that will enhance your everyday life and your real estate practice. We hope you enjoy the writings of our contributors and encourage you to share a copy of the Observer with your friends and colleages.
As autumn gives way to winter, and spring brings hope eternal, we wish you success in all your endeavors and remind you to always think creatively and outside the box!
