Inside this Issue: Summer 2002

Welcome to the Summer 2002 issue of the S.E.C. Real Estate Observer…the e-publication of the Society of Exchange Counselors.
Summer time conjures up images in my mind of baseball, beaches, golf courses, surfboards, sailboats, mystery novels, and dancing to the music of Jimmy Buffet and the Beach Boys…
One of the my most interesting experiences this summer was sitting out on the ocean deck at the Hotel Del Coronado, laptop hooked up to the cell phone, a fruit drink in hand, reading online and staying connected to my world…a miracle of modern technology!
This issue of the S.E.C. Ovserver connects you to the Society’s world…you will discover some of the Society’s history; share in the ideas, experiences, and philosophies of our creative members; enjoy some poetry; marvel at a conversation with John Wooden, infamous UCLA Basketball Coach and Teacher; explore the S.E.C. Education Foundation’s new website; discover real estate formulas and information helpful in your professional life; and, most importantly, recharge your batteries with fresh intellectual energy…isn’t that part of what summer is all about?
We hope you enjoy this issue of the S.E.C. Real Estate Observer and invite your comments and contributions to future editions.
“Summertime…and the livin’ is easy…”
