Here is an Opportunity to Simplify and Standardize Your Backup Packages for Future SEC Meetings

Bill Warr has developed a Software Backup Package that is an easy to follow “fill in the blanks” program. Included are cover sheets, summary sheets, A Pods, rent roll, expenses, loan and amortization tables etc., etc., etc. Also included is the “Band of Investments” or a “what if” page that allows you to analyze the investment under different scenarios.

Bill has been kind enough to donate the software program to the Continuing Education Fund. For you to secure the program you must send Jackie Hellingson a $40.00 check made out to the Continuing Education Fund. Jackie will notify Bill that you have paid and Bill will send you a copy of the program.

So get your check to Jackie and make your life easier in creating backup packages.
