S.E.C. National Marketing Sessions

For more than 48 years, the Society has been the nation's leader in Creative Real Estate Marketing.  Guests are reminded that success at an S.E.C. Marketing Meeting requires effective client counseling. Understanding your client’s objectives before your attendance is a prerequisite to success.

All properties listed on the S.E.C. Web site, in the meeting marketing book, and all moderated presentations during an S.E.C. meeting, must be exclusive listings, or Owner or Partner controlled properties.  Be prepared for success!

The Society will host an economic tour on Saturday, September 12th.  We will leave the hotel late morning, so make your travel plans accordingly. 

Sunday evening we will host a cocktail party from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the hotel. Monday evening we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Hudson. Tuesday we will host evening functions for networking and fun.  The Spouses and Friends Luncheon will be held on Tuesday.

Invited guests must register for the meeting, and enter their packages online.  If you have not previously registered online, please email the S.E.C. Office at sec@secounselors.com to request your personal Guest ID and Password.

 

Registration is limited!  Make your commitment early!  Guest registration will close when we fill the room, on or before Package Cut Off Day.  We do not accept guest registration after Package Cut Off Day, September 3, 2009, and your registration is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation via email from the S.E.C. Office. 

The database will open for registration the third week of July, and an email notice will be sent as a reminder at that time.

Early Registration:  $475.00

(If registered and all fees are paid by 9/3/09)

 

Spouse/Friend Fee:  $120.00

(Includes hosted spouse/friend breakfasts & luncheon)

 

Cancellation Fee before 9/3/09:    $  50.00
