For more than 49 years, the Society has been the nation's leader in Creative Real Estate Marketing. Guests are reminded that success at an S.E.C. Marketing Meeting requires effective client counseling. Understanding your client’s objectives before your attendance is a prerequisite to success.
All properties listed on the S.E.C. Web site, in the meeting marketing book, and all moderated presentations during an S.E.C. meeting, must be exclusive listings, or Owner or Partner controlled properties. Be prepared for success!
Sunday evening we will host a cocktail party from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the hotel. Monday evening and Tuesday evening we will host functions for networking and fun. The Spouses and Friends Luncheon will be held on Tuesday.

Peter R. West has been a Realtor since 1984. He holds the prestigious S.E.C. designation from the Society of Exchange Counselors.
Peter also holds the CCIM, ABR, CRS, and SFR designations, and he is licensed in MA, NY, VT, and FL.
No stranger to the business, Peter has worked in residential, commercial, appraisal, land, new home sales, and as a mortgage originator. Currently he focuses on commercial, investment, and development for his own behalf, or for clients on a nationwide basis. In addition to his real estate practice, he is the Vice President and partner of a modular building company, Modular Building Systems, Inc. His approach with clients, real estate or construction, is based on a “counseling” model versus a sales approach.
