		<description>Thanks for the memories... I first heard that expression from my Dad in the &#039;40&#039;s, but rarely since his passing.  Also appreciated the property acquisition and management remarks as being &quot;right on&quot;.  This advice would have come in handy a few short years ago while engaged in precisely that situation.  Unfortunately, the financial market meltdown trumped everything, but maybe I&#039;ll write a book someday too.</description>
