Ken teaches a creative real estate education program for the S.E.C. Education Foundation entitled “Creative Real Estate Solutions.”

Here is a brief course description:

The course will teach you the formulas needed to function in the creative real estate marketplace. It is a “how to” course using actual transactions to show how to use these formulas to build your, or your client’s, estate. It’s guaranteed to show you how to find more transactions in the marketplace and to structure them for greater profit.
